1. Acceptance of terms

By using the Elly app, you agree to these Terms of Use and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any provision, please do not use the app.

If you manage profiles of other family members (children, elderly parents), you confirm that you have the right to do so and are responsible for actions taken through those profiles.

2. Important disclaimer

Elly is not a medical device, does not provide medical advice, and does not replace a doctor or pharmacist. The app helps organize reminders based on the data you enter yourself — including, if you choose to use it that way, for tracking your medication routine. The accuracy of reminders depends on the accuracy of the data you enter.
In an emergency — call emergency medical services. Do not rely on the app in critical or urgent situations: notifications may be delayed or fail to trigger due to device settings, lack of internet connection, a drained battery, and similar factors.

Final decisions about dosage, treatment plans, or replacing medications are made solely by a doctor or pharmacist, not by the app.

3. Service description

Elly is a mobile app for reminders about any kind of event, keeping mood check-in notes and your own archive sections (Shelves), and (optionally) syncing the schedule between the user's own devices or family members' devices. No registration is required; data is stored locally on the device, as described in the Privacy Policy.

4. Pricing plans and payment

Elly (free)
  • Unlimited entries and reminders
  • 1 routine, 3 Shelves sections
  • Local on device + optional backup to Google Drive/iCloud
Elly Plus
  • Everything in Free
  • Unlimited family profiles — managed only by you
Elly Family
  • Everything in Elly Plus
  • Independent profiles — up to 8 people
  • Each member manages their own profile

Paid plans are purchased and paid for through the App Store (Apple) or Google Play — Elly does not process or store your payment card data itself. Subscription terms, auto-renewal, and cancellation are governed by the rules of the respective app store.

Auto-renewal

An Elly Plus/Family subscription automatically renews for a new period at the same price unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is charged to your App Store/Google Play account when you confirm the purchase, and again at each renewal. You can manage or cancel auto-renewal in your App Store/Google Play account settings — this is not available from within the Elly app itself.

5. Your responsibilities

  • Enter data and schedules accurately and update them promptly when they change;
  • Do not use the app to store false or misleading information about other people without their consent;
  • Keep access to your device secure (passcode, biometrics) — Elly cannot protect your data if a third party gains access to your unlocked device;
  • Do not attempt to bypass the app's technical restrictions or interfere with the server's operation.

6. Intellectual property

The Elly app, its design, logo, and code belong to the app's developer. Data that you enter (entries, schedules, photos, etc.) belongs solely to you.

7. Limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. The developer is not liable for:

  • Missed or delayed notifications due to circumstances beyond the app's control (OS settings, lack of internet connection, a drained device, etc.);
  • Consequences of decisions made based on data entered by the user themselves;
  • Loss of data due to deleting the app without first creating a backup.

8. Termination

You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it from your device. Since there are no accounts, "suspension" or "account deletion" on our part does not apply — full control over your data always stays with you.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms over time. We will notify you of material changes within the app. Continued use of the app after changes take effect means you agree to the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, unless otherwise required by the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
